How to Register: You can register in our system by clicking here: https://downmemorylane.commentsold.com/account Make sure to select “LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK”. This will allow you to shop our store and our LIVE sales (where you'll get first dibs on the newest deals)! Here, you will fill out all information needed to process your orders. Please fill out all of the categories to ensure correct order processing. If you would like invoice and waitlist notifications via messenger, be sure to click "enable messenger". Once you have set up your account, you're all set to shop our store and our LIVE sales!

Shop our Facebook LIVE sales: We feature Facebook Live Sales throughout the week. To participate, make sure you have registered (via the link above). During the video, you will comment “sold #” and we will give you the exact number to comment for that item. If you want multiple of an item, make multiple comments (ex. If you want three, you will make three separate comments for that item). You will be sent a link to pay for your item, but if you do not receive that link for some reason, you can always click on the link to register to login to your account and checkout. You can also shop through our website: https://downmemorylane.commentsold.com/store. Make sure to login through Facebook with both of these to keep all orders under one account.

Waitlist: If an item is sold out, you can add it to your waitlist. If the item is dumped from a customer's cart or if it is restocked, you will be notified through messenger or email and you can purchase that item. **Most items will not be restocked.**

Local Pick Up: If you selected “Local Pick-Up” for your order, then you can pick this up at our store! We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange for pick up - by appointment only.

Returns: Please know that we strive to make sure every kit is to your satisfaction. We do not accept returns, but if you have any concerns or questions about your transaction, please contact us at scrapbook@downmemoryln.com.
